Terms & Conditions

Age Requirement

• All customers must be 18 years of age or older.

Lesson Scheduling & Packages

• Duration: Students have a choice of 60, 90, or 120-minute lessons.
• Group Classes: Group classes require a minimum of 2 students (excluding the instructor). All group classes are 90 minutes.
• Expiration: All prepaid lessons or packages must be completed within: 15 weeks for 15-hour packs; 30 weeks for 30-hour packs.
• Prices are subject to change.

Payment, Refunds, & Attendance

• Prepayment: All lessons must be paid in full before the course begins.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable except where specified.
• Lateness: If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be terminated and will not be refunded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Student Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made under 24 hours will be treated as a “no-show” and are non-refundable.
• Instructor Cancellations: If the instructor must cancel a lesson, the instructor will advise the student, and the student will be able to reschedule the lesson.

Conduct & Right of Refusal

• I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
